The Mil-Tec heavy duty 600 Denier PVC coated polyester assault pack is packed with features. Built to last under the most extreme conditions, a better pack cannot be found for the money.

This fully water-resistant assault pack features a large, rubberized main compartment that measures 20 inches X 12 inches X 5 inches. A Velcro closure inner pocket inside the main compartment is ready for your hydration bladder. Stitched onto the main compartment, is a secondary compartment measuring 18 inches X 10 inches x 3 inches. On top of the secondary compartment are smaller upper and lower compartments that measure 4.5 inches X 8 inches X 2 inches and 9.5 inches X 8 inches X 2 inches respectively.

All compartments are secured with oversized, dual pull, self healing nylon zippers. The padded back of the backpack wicks away sweat and makes for a comfortable carry when fully loaded.

The dual 2.75" wide padded shoulder straps in combination with the adjustable two inch waist strap ensure proper distribution of weight and ease of fully loaded carry. Gear loops and "D" rings have been attached onto the front of each shoulder strap for carry of smaller equipment like compass, GPS, or communications equipment.

Quad-compression straps allow for secure carry of a full range of gear of all different sizes and keep the backpack the smallest possible size during carry.

P.A.L.S. attachment webbing covers both sides and entire back of the packs surface area so your custom gear and pouches can be attached in your desired configuration.
Total empty weight of the pack is a mere 3.2 pounds.

Excellent quality!
I work for a landscape maintenance company, on a tractor all day. I use a backpack for my water bottles, food, and all my assorted gear. The pack I had was destroyed within a couple months - thinner material, plastic zippers. This one feels a lot stronger and solid. Pros: Sturdy material, strong zippers, roomy

A great bargain
A great pack for first time builders. Durable, spacious, and mostly well built. This has lots of features and space for adding to the pack. The only flaw on this forty dollar pack is the zipper strings. Right out of the box they were coming apart. A small flaw but a flaw none the less.

I like this bag. Was loo
I like this bag. Was looking for one that would open all the way up in the main compartment. Only had it since September and I use it for my job.(pet/house sitter) Works for me. I am careful not to be too rough or demanding with it considering the price point but works great for what I needed. Went from having to carry two bags to one. Ordering another one for my sister-in-law who saw it and thinks it will work for her as well.

I normally hike on the we
I normally hike on the weekends and carry 3 Nalgene bottles and a Camelback bladder, two water bowls for the dogs. A Bear Grylls knife strapped to the side, a poncho liner, a multi-tool, fire starting equipment, a signal mirror, a stripped down MRE, a strobe and a compass. Long story short, my arms were going numb only after an hour. The shoulder straps were too short, and the padding isn’t wide enough. If you weigh 105, and just want to look cool, buy this ruck. Going back to DRAGO AP's.
