This heavy duty 65 liters rucksack is a low-cost variant of the original Bundeswehr combat backpack and features 6 separate compartments. That includes 2 fixed side pockets with storm protection flaps closed with adjustable straps, 1 main top loading compartment with flap and snow collar, closed with 2 quick release buckles, a map pocket on the top of the flap, closed with an adjustable strap, and a zip up pocket accessible from above the carrying handle. There is also separate zip pocket located at the bottom of the backpack.
There is an aluminium rod through the top of the rucksack for stability over the shoulders and an internal pocket for the insertion of a folding mattress that can provide stability for the back of the rucksack (mattress not included). Rucksack opening and size is adjustable by means of four fastex clips: two to close the top-down flap, and two to compress or reinforce the bottom of the rucksack. The rucksack offers a great amount of carrying space and is perfect for military as well as camping and hiking.

This Rucksack is Excellent
For the low price Cheaper Than Dirt has this Rucksack priced, I was wondering how good it would be. It arrived and I was well pleased. It does have heavy duty material of construction, expanded larger then I expected and definitely a perfect 3 day bag. The compartments are a big plus as there are plenty of them. If backpacking with the Rucksack, it is not a $150 bag, but it appears that is will last for years. I purchased mine as a "Bug Out Bag" to house my AR-15 Pistol and any items that are required for use and maintenance. All I have to do is pick it up and go with it. I am well pleased with this item and it is Bargain, get one....or maybe two!!!! Pros: Well made, roomy, comfortable shoulder straps. Cons: None

what kind of zippers does it have?
