Very good light weight sleeping pad
Works very well at keeping an insulating barrier between you and the ground. This is NOT an air mattress. So don't think it's going to be your memory foam from home. It's Mil-spec, which means it isn't adding a lot of padding. But it does separate you from rocks, debris, and ground temps. It's a great piece of kit for camping and hiking.
