This Midwest upper assembly features the 14" free-float Combat Rail system with continuous picatinny top rail, seven sides of M-LOK slots, and two integral QD sling sockets. The forged 7075-T6 aluminum upper receiver features M4 feed ramps and T markings for sight placement on the top picatinny rail. The .223 Wylde 16" barrel is made from 4150 chrome moly steel and is protected by a melonite finish. It is also threaded 1/2x28 and includes an A2 birdcage flash hider. .223 Wylde is an excellent choice because it will reliably function with both .223 Remington and 5.56 NATO. Finish this upper assembly with the charging handle and BCG of your choice, as they are not included. Revamp an older out of date rifle or plan a new build with this Midwest Industries upper assembly.
