The price was very good on the item and CTD sent it out very quickly. Used the mag in my older 5906 and it ran very well---no failures of any sort after putting about 100 rds. through it. Only negative might be that I wished it was stainless rather than nickel but as far I can tell no one makes a 17 round s/s mag for 5906.

Ordered one of these 17 rd mec-gar mags for my 5906. The mag worked well in the s&w and also in my marlin 9. I ordered a few more fit and finish are very nice. I purchased a kel-tec p-11 this pistol will allow the use of the factory s&w5900 and factory marlin mags but it will not work with these mec-gar mags, I've tried 5,.
