I bought 1 for my Sig P22
I bought 1 for my Sig P229 9mm and shot 100 rds withouta problem. Good quality and price.

I have a P229 that is probably 7-8 years old. The original 15 round Sig mag has 229-1 stamped on it. I have two Mec-Gar 15 round mags that fit and operate just fine in the gun. Will these 10 round mags fit my P229?
Answer:
No it will not, you would need P228 magazines for E2/229-1 models. I recommend item # MAG-428-112.
