This Mec-Gar magazine is a standard replacement magazine for 1911 Government Sized handguns with the 2nd Amendment prominently engraved into the body. The magazine is made from a carbon steel tube and holds 8 rounds of .45 ACP ammunition. It features a carbon steel tube, self-lubricating nylon follower, phosphate coated high tensile music wire spring and polymer base plate. The follower has a metal insert where the slide stop activates for durability and reliable feeding. A phosphate coated high tensile spring provides easier coiling and longer life. The high impact polymer base plate is tapered slightly to fit funneled or flared magwells. All packed in a heavy-duty high carbon steel tube that will last the life of your firearm.
