Worked at first
I bought 9 of these magazines a few months ago and they worked at first. Now, they all cause jams, and only my original ruger mag still works.

I would buy this product again!
Thought it would be hard to find her clip for my older 22LR pistol, but they had it and at a decent price! Arrived in three days(quick) and works great! A great value too!

It's OK for the price, but the action was very gritty and sticky. I had to file and polish the button and slide areas. Still not as smooth operating as the factory magazine.

I bought two of these mag
I bought two of these magazines as spares that came with the new Mark IV. I loaded all four mags and went to the range. I rapid fired at 25 yards with all four magazines, reloading as fast as possible. I did not have one single misfire, or magazine jam. As far as I'm concerned, these are as good as the factory originals.

Just bought the new Ruger
Just bought the new Ruger Mark IV. Since I'm cheap, and the Mec-Gar mags are almost half the price, I decided to try the Mec-Gar mags. They worked great! I loaded four mags, 2 Ruger and 2 Mec-Gar, went to the range and fired all four mags rapid fire. Not one failure with any mag!!! You can bet I'll buy more of these. It's like getting two for the price of one.

Out of the box, 3 magazin
Out of the box, 3 magazines, 0 feeds. Every single feed attempt ends up sticking on the feed ramp unless I manually pull the round up. Inserting the magazine also makes sticks on something about 1/2 way in unless I twist the magazine counter-clockwise. The sticking appears related to the shape of the magazine body rather than the pin, so its not even anything I can fix. That's a pretty big fail in my book.

These are NOT Ruger quali
These are NOT Ruger quality. The magazine spring slide too tight and seems like it's binding. I got thumb blister from loading the clips 2-times each. The last round #10 does not fit properly at the top if the magazine and caused a loading jam in my Ruger Mark III every time. It will load into the pistol if I use 8-rounds but will jam-up a couple times when firing. Thought of using a pliers to loosen the rim-rear of the magazine to make them fit but just not worth the trouble. Tossed them!!

I bought half a dozen for
I bought half a dozen for my Mark III Hunter and after seeing them perform like the original magazines from Ruger, I ordered 7 more for my 22/45 Mark III. I had to order base plates to make the latter work in my 22/45, but at $2.00 each from Ruger, the total cost, including all the shipping charges, was still less than buying OEM mags. I just fired several hundred rounds of old ammo and the only malfunctions were from the crapy ammo I was using. I tried about 80 rounds of new ammo in these mags and no malfunctions at all. As a side note, I encountered as many malfunctions with my OEM mags and the bad ammo as I did with these mags. So, save yourself some money and try these mags. As for the 22/45, I couldn't even find the originals, so this was the only way to do it. Just in case anyone is interested in doing the same thing I did, search for this base plate convert your standard Mk III mags to 22/45 (magazine block bottom, #61097, $2.00 each at shopRuger dot com). Maybe CTD should start carrying them (hint hint).

Bought 4 of these to use
Bought 4 of these to use with my MkIII and my AWC Amphibian. The look to be about the same quality as the Ruger mags. They all functioned well with both pistols. By these unless you want to spend 5 dollars more for the same quality mag with a Ruger stamp.

Would this fit the Ruger mark 4 "Hunter"?
Answer: Yes. The same magazines work for the Mark III and the Mark IV.
