Great product. Works as advertised!
I was a little hesitant a first about purchasing the clip loader but finally caved in. No regrets. After some practice and a couple of adjustments it works great. More time shooting and less time loading magazines.

Got this a couple of days
Got this a couple of days ago, and wish I knew about it sooner. Out of the package, it worked on my Ruger 22/45 Mark 3. I was able to load a magazine in a few seconds, didn't have to worry about lead, and didn't even have to touch a bullet. I didn't waste any time reloading. My black coated rounds worked better than other copper plated ones. Following the instructions, I used silicone and it corrected the problem.

PERFECT!!! After you adjust the small screw to hold the button on your mag the right distance down you can refill the mag in less than 2 seconds, I tried 3 different brands of ammo and all feed flawlessly, takes me longer to dump in a box of fifty than to fill five mags. Works Flawlessly.

Great magazine loader. Works fast and really saves your thumbs from the button on the Ruger 22/45 magazines. I can shoot at least two and a half times more ammo at the range when I load my magazines with this speed loader, it loads fast.

This loader works well fo
This loader works well for Ruger Mark II clips. With a slight bit of shaping it also works for the Beretta U22 Neos clip as well. Separate the halves and trim the top peak where the point of the clip tops out. That will allow the clip to slide up enough to depress the ball bearing stop. I have to move the clip in and out about a eight of an inch for the rounds to feed but that is still faster than loading by hand. I used a Dremel with a small diameter grinding stone that comes to a point. Use a light touch. Took less than 10 minutes. Happy shooting!

I could not figure how to work the reloader. I finally went to the online catalog and saw that the magazine had to go inside the loader. Of course that will not happen with the big plastic mags that came with the rifle. I have one auto loader for sale.

I use this to load my Ruger MkII and it's flawless and fast. I love to plink and this speedloader made it so much better. For Ruger users, don't think. Buy. Go shoot. Then start stacking deep and cheap because you'll burn through the ammo.

A must have for the .22lr
A must have for the .22lr shooting enthusiast... I was going to buy multiple mags for my buckmark (at $30 a pop) but then I saw this bad boy and haven't looked back. Some people say to take it apart and wash it but I just spray a little synthetic gun cleaner in there with the bullets and give it a few shakes... don't use gummy Rem-Oil though.

As noted by a few others, this will also work with a Smith and Wesson 22a, but it does require you pull it apart and sand down the little dimple so that the 22A magazine can go in farther. Once that was done it worked fine. Had it worked out of the box it would have gotten a 5, but since I had to modify it to make it work I only gave it a 4.

Does what it says..gotta love it. There was one issue that I encountered which almost made me give up on it. In the instructions, it was mentioned, about sticky wax coatings causing the loader not to work correctly. I first tried to practice with the loader with some older ammunition. Could only get 5 rounds in with much effort...tried again..3 rounds..tried again..no rounds. Finally realized that the wax on the older ammunition had gotten very sticky. Cleaned the loader and tried some newer ammo which worked flawlessly. Don't make my mistake.

I have a co-worker that said that his would only load 9 rounds in his 10 round magazines.I read the instructions! You have to back out the phillips screw to get it adjusted to the magazine that you are using. It took about 1.5 turns to adjust it for my Ruger magazines.I told my co-worker about the screw and he said, 'What screw?' After he made his adjustment, he loved it.Yes, it is a 'must have' accessory for your Ruger or other compatible magazines. Much more fun at the range or just out plinking.

This is much better than reloading your Ruger magazines by hand! (Other brands as well, I would imagine.) Read the instructions! You need to make a small adjustment to get your 10 rounds into your magazine. Do it! Even if you don't, you can get your first 9 rounds into the magazine and then top it off with the 10th round. Is it worth the money? Heck yes! Especially if you are doing all of the reloading for a new shooter.

Works like a charm with my 22/45 MKIII mags! Took a little practice & fine tuning. Occasionally a little extra jiggle, but the fastest and easiest way I've ever loaded my 22 pistol mags. It's physically big; had to start keeping my .22 stuff in a larger ammo can, but very worth every penny.
May 23, 2010
After playing with the ad
After playing with the adjustment screw, this thing is capable of loading 5 Ruger MIII 22/45 mags within approx 5 sec. the S&W 22A mag can work, however you have to permanently modify the slot as it's shorter than a Ruger mag. Also will easily load Mark II mags after switching adjustments. I can load/unload a box of .22lr within 1 min now.

Purchased for a Beretta N
Purchased for a Beretta NEOS. The Neos has a higher angle at the top of the magazine, so you either have to modify your magazines or modify this device. If you don't, the magazine won't push in the ball bearing that keeps the organized bullets from sliding out. I ended up taking a dremel tool to the inside with a dremel #194 bit. I just cut out some of the plastic so that the mag could go up higher. Put it back together and works fine. Have to pump a bit about half the time, but it's designed for a different angle. Satisfying when all 10 rounds go *zzziiip* into the magazine at once.

I pushed my Ruger mark mag into the loader and, Wow! It went zzziiiip. I went 'freakin' sweet'! and my mag was full in about 2 seconds. I did have to back out the adjustment screw a few turns to get the 10th round loaded consistently. But that procedure was very well documented in the instructions. This is a great product that will save the cost of buying a bunch of spare mags.

I own a Colt Match Target
I own a Colt Match Target pistol, GSG-5 rifle, AR-15 with a Ciener .22LR conversion kit and lastly a S&W Model 41. It was working well on one of my Colts mags (the original that came with it) but not so well on the other mag (later model). The paperwork says to bend the tabs to make the bullets feed better. I did this and they did indeed feed better, however after doing so, my Colt started failing to feed. I tried bending them back and now my colt works again but they don't work in the feeder. It does work well if the mags fit though. Model 41 mags are too wide for this loader. I haven't tried it on my 2 rifles yet.

When it said 'pistol magazines such as Ruger Mark II, Buckmark, Colt, and most others', do not believe in 'most others'. It will not work with Beretta NEOS without modifications. But, if/when you make it work, you will not regret. It was made for the lazy like me.

This is the greatest tool
This is the greatest tool I have ever seen. After shooting about 2000 rounds last Saturday I came home and ordered this due to a near bleeding thumb. Sitting in my chair, I loaded and unloaded a brick of ammo in 5 minutes and 10 seconds by stopwatch, including unloading the magazines and reloading the hopper... I am impressed.anyone who can not make this work either has not read the one page of directions, or doesn't understand English. It works exactly as advertised but as mentioned below, will drastically increase your ammo budget as you will go through a lot more.

I bought this unit to go with my Ruger MarkIII Hunter. There is only one problem, I go through ammo so fast its getting expensive. I can fully load my 4 magazines in less than a minute. Occasionally have to pump the mag once for the tenth roundto load. I highly reccomend this for quick easy load. Saves the wear and tear on the finger.

I bought one of these years ago and acquired a total of 5 mags for my 22/45. I can go to the range, dump a box of 50 in, and have all 5 mags loaded in less than 30 seconds. Spray a tad of lube in and wipe it down to ensure proper operation though; if it's dry it doesn't work quite as well.

I bought one of these for my Browning Buckmark target pistol. First time I ever tried it, it zipped 9 rounds into the mag so fast I didn't even see them go in! As others have mentioned, the screw which holds the follower button down has to be adjusted, it took me maybe 3 or 4 tries to get it adjusted right so that it held the follower open enough to let all 10 rounds in. Now it perfectly loads 10 rounds into the magazine in a flash, every time. I loaded, emptied, and re-loaded the magazine about a dozen times just to practice, and it worked perfect - loaded 10 rounds every time, in maybe 3-4 seconds each time tops. Absolutely great product! I may buy a spare in case I drop and break mine, I don't want to be without one now!

This is the best thing that you can buy for a Ruger Mark III. I own the Ruger Mark III 22/45 and I can load all 4 clips in 15-20 seconds. Very simple to use. When I first ordered it I didn't think it would work very good, but to my surprise it works flawlessly. it took me about 3 tiems loading a clip to get it down packed.... only problem is that I can now go through a couple of thousand rounds of ammo very quick =]. I highly recommend this! Its well worth the money and it will save you fingers from loading clips.

Any one who owns a Ruger
Any one who owns a Ruger Mark II or III needs to buy one of these. Loads up ten rounds in seconds. Don't have to worry about the time consuming task of reloading the magazines. Just slide in the mag and it feeds itself. Best investment I have made so far. Worth the money!!!

Want to go through a bric
Want to go through a brick of .22 LR in record time? This speed loader is the way to do it. I use it for my Ruger MK III and a friend of mine uses one for his Buck Mark. I cant say I've loaded a mag in three seconds; ten seconds or so seems to be my experience. I can load four mags in about 30 seconds! The best part is that the callouses on your thumbs might just heal up.The loader is much bigger than it looks in the picture provided. Its about 12 inches long and two and half inches wide. Keep in mind that you have to fine tune the adjustment screw before it will work right. I cant seem to get it to just dump 10 rounds into a mag. I've had to give the mag a little pump for each round, but the rounds fall as fast as I can pump. Once you figure out how to use it, you'll spend more time shooting than loading. Just be sure to figure it out before you go to the range. This speed loader bests hand loading by a thousand miles. Get used to people asking what the heck that thing your using is. And if they laugh at it, offer to race them in loading the mags - loser pays for the range time.

I was a little skeptical, but I figured it would be worth a try. I use it with a Ruger Mark III, and it works great, way better than I ever imagined. At first it would only put 9 rounds in my 10-round clips, but the last part of the instructions says to adjust the screw out if that happens, and now it loads 10 rounds perfectly. I bought 4 more clips so I have 6, and I can load them all up super fast. I wouldn't be without one of these now!

Loads a mag faster than you can empty it ! For those who have had trouble with this, you must not have had it adjusted properly. This is by far the best accessory for the ruger mark series pistols.

I've got a brand-new Mark III. I was able to adjust the screw to get the Ultimate Clip Loader to put 10 rounds in my mags...but only 1 round at a time and with some fairly delicate fiddling. At this point I can say it's a thumb-saver, but not much of a time-saver.Any suggestions on how to get it to feed all of the rounds in one go? As it is I think it's OK but not really worth $30.

Took a few minutes to adjust to Browning magazines, but once adjusted worked great! Loads 3 magazines in just a few seconds. I'm getting another one for my S&W magazines because they require different placement of the adjustment screw.
