The bag is hardly the most interesting thing about this ammo, of course. That honor belongs to its 240 grain full metal jacket projectiles. They’re admittedly not overly exciting in their own right, but simple is good when your sole objective is target shooting. The FMJ owes its cleaner-shooting performance over an LRN to its copper jacket, which (A) contains no steel, and is therefore (B) nonferromagnetic. It’s a great stand-in for any 240 grain hunting bullet that you’d rather not pay to let fly at the range. It’s also perfect for revolvers and lever guns alike (its flat nose profile won’t set off whichever primer it jostles up against).

MBI loads new *and* reloaded brass cases. This ammunition belongs to the latter camp, as its shells are fresh out of Starline’s factory.
