Why buy brass when you don’t have to? That’s the line of questioning that leads you to steel-cased ammunition like MAXXTech Steel Series NFR 7.62x39!

No need to buy a whole bunch of costly copper when you stock up on this ammo. Its cases are made entirely out of steel, and polymer coated for reduced friction and corrosion prevention. Each case is outfitted with a *noncorrosive* Boxer primer, and is not capable of being reloaded.

This ammo’s 123 grain full metal jackets are almost devoid of copper. Beneath its thin copper exterior, the jacket is made of steel: another cost-saving feature, and also the reason why this ammo’s no good for ranges that ban bullets which attract a magnet.

This ammo is called “Steel Series” for obvious reasons. The “NFR” in its name stands for “Not From Russia,” which indicates that it was (A) legally imported to the U.S. after September 7th, 2021, and (B) manufactured recently.
