This ammo is made in Bosnia by Pobjeda Technology, which has been in business since 1952 and ISO 900 certified since 2000. MAXXTech is C.I.P. spec ammo, which essentially means it meets the specifications set by Europe’s equivalent of SAAMI.

No fancy business under this cartridge’s hood. Its 95 grain bullet? A full metal jacket – steel-free, without features which enable terminal expansion – and backed by the propellant it needs to hit a subsonic 918 fps muzzle velocity out of a test barrel of unspecified length. Its case? Brand new brass, filled with modern smokeless powder and fixed up with a noncorrosive Boxer primer.

We have received reports that MAXXTech cases contain little steps to facilitate seating of bullets at the factory. It is our understanding that the cases aren’t useful as reloading components for this reason.
