The Magpul MOE-EVO Enhanced Magazine Release helps facilitate that mag change. When compared to the factory release, it is easy to see why this is a no brainer upgrade.

The MOE-EVO Enhanced Magazine Release is noticeably larger than the OEM part but still remains low-profile. The larger surface area with textured ridges is more forgiving for reloads done in a hurry and under pressure; easy to locate and operate. It also incorporates an ambidextrous paddle release style which permits a simpler one hand activation and magazine removal. Also, lever on the MOE-EVO mag release lever is set at an optimal angle for positive activation.
