Amendment to my original review, Still a great product
I wanted to correct some comments in my original review, I tried to intercept it before it was posted but was unable to. This is a great product, loads magazines quickly both with stripper clips and using loose rounds. My original comments stated that it did not align with the groove in the sidewalls of my Ruger and aftermarket magazines, but that is incorrect. The product does in fact engage the grooves in both factory and aftermarket mags, but will pop off if not held securely. In defense of the manufacturer, the instructions do state to hold the "tail" tightly against the magazine while in use. I will use this product frequently and recommend it to anyone who is tired of sore thumbs!

Nice addition to my range bag
Works great, loads magazines quickly with or without stripper clips. I have Ruger factory 20 and 30 round magazines, as well as a variety of aftermarket steel 30-rd magazines and all of them require me to hold the base of the Maglula tightly against the magazine or it will pop off of the magazine when loading. All of my magazines have the trough/indentations along the side of the mag in the same location, but none align with the Maglula's clip on the base.

Works excellent on the ex
Works excellent on the expensive factory Ruger magazines, but not quite as well on the new Tapco Gen.2 mags.I have a LOT of Tapco Gen.2 mags and these are still work pretty darn good and can load mags fairly fast, you just have to hold them solidly with your hand onto the magazine to get the best results. If I needed a new one or a second one I would buy another Magula loader for my Mini-14 without hesitation.

Works great on my Ruger 2
Works great on my Ruger 20 round factory magazines for my Ruger Mini-14 583 series rifle. However, did not work on Tapc0 MAG4830 polymer mags. This StripLULA loader needs the ridge/indentation in the metal magazines to hold it in place while pressing down the cartridges.

I just received this wond
I just received this wonderful device. I loaded up a magazine quickly and easily, even without the stripper clips. It works as advertised, you can't ask for better than that. It does work with the aftermarket magazines that I have. It is worth the money. The only reason that I didn't give it 5 stars is that I don't know how long this will stand up. Time will tell.
