Are the weights in the buffer reciprocating? Is there any movement of the weights?

Hello again Jim! Luth-AR says: "The three tungsten weights in our CS-T3 buffer do reciprocate and have movement back and forth in the buffer." To reiterate, the buffer body contains three tungsten slugs for a total weight of 5.4 oz or .35 lbs.
