Then the barrel is heat treated to RC 40-42 and finally a Salt Bath Nitride coating increases the surface hardness to RC 60. Lone Wolf Alpha Wolf barrels feature exacting tolerances to allow for drop in installations while the fluting creates a path for heat and debris to safely escape.
