Love it.
I use it to carry my S&W 38 Special. It fits perfectly and holds securely. The rig itself is comfortable and stays put. I've seen some reviews that say that their gun "prints" on their pant leg. I don't see how you can use that to rate this product. Your gun is what it is and this holster is not going to make is bigger or smaller than it is. This holster is nicely set up and well worth the money.

I bought this about 6 months ago, overall I am happy with it
The holster and ankle wrap work well and are comfortable. However the calve strap stitching was inferior and did not hold up. That is the whole purpose of getting this with the strap so it wont slip down and because of the poor stitching it failed. I would get it again but will reinforce the stitching before wearing it.

OK, what do you expect for this cheap? What this delivers is a lot of versatility. I've tried it with my S&W Bodyguard .380, and an old Haenel pocket pistol in .25 ACP. Both of them fit securely, though the Bodyguard does protrude quite a bit more. The Haenel will fit inside a cowboy boot in this holster, making it virtually invisible. You will want fairly baggy legs on your pants to cover up your gun without printing. The Velcro is strong, as is the elastic. I don't know yet how well it will hold up, as I just received it yesterday. It does not make for an easily accessible weapon, but is DEEP CONCEALMENT.
