Do I have to add standard buffer tube to this as well?

This item is the buffer tube. There are a few parts that make up a complete buffer assembly. If you are looking for standard 223/5.56 AR15 parts; than I recommend items # ARR-089-044 and ARR-089-054 and 2-LUTHBS-11C and ARR-276-047.
