So this just fit right in with the standard buffer tube? And how you lock it out? Screw?
Answer:
This will not fit 6 position buffer tubes that are used with collapsible stocks. The stock will replace a fixed A2 style stock and mounts to an A2 style rifle length buffer tube. The rifle length buffer tubes sometimes come with a buttstock spacer threaded on the end and if your buffer tube has one, then you will need to remove that spacer. Check out item # ARR-631-248 or 2-LUTHBAP-1... This is a fixed stock, so it does not need to be locked into the open position. Mounting a fixed A2 style stock is different then a collapsible stock, as the endplate is built into the stock. Once in place, the stock is one solid unit.
Do I have to replace the buffer tube for an adjustable stock with this?
Answer:
No, this is fixed stock with an adjustable cheek piece. It is designed to fit a standard AR rifle length receiver extension aka A2 style buffer tube.
Will this fit a black diamond AR15?
Answer:
if you have a Standard AR-15 Rifle-length Receiver Extension Tube. if not you would need to add one.
