Waist of money does not attach properly and securely falls off with the slightest movement.

Reduce recoil with added weight?
Extremely heavy. Bi-pod release is located too close to thumb and constantly ejects the bi-pod.It is beefy though.

Great bipod grip
Excellent Aluminum grip. Great build quality, and worth the price. Looks great, feels great and works perfectly. I highly recommend this grip, The fact that it is also a bipod is an added bonus.

Will this fit a mlok hand guard for a Diamondback ar15 pistol?

Only if you install an M-LOK to picatinny rail section.
