The compatible Lancer magazines are the L5, L5A, L5AWM series magazines. You can also use USGI Aluminum and Steel magazines as well.

Lancer cinch
Does what it's supposed to do. Quality isn't bad but it's not excellent, I have no doubt it'll hold up if I drop it a couple times with full mags.

will this work with the promag RM30?

This item works with 30 round 5.56 magazines that are compatible with pre ban Colt AR15s. It works with Lancer brand AR15 mags and USGI aluminum or steel magazines. Check out item # MAG-0782 and 7-F99931600 and MAG-402-001.
