From appearance I think I can use this as a pistol brace. Any reason this cannot?
Answer:
Adding a stock to the Pistol classed weapon without the ATF approval and a tax stamp would create a regulated SBR (short barreled rifle) in federal violation of the NFA. You may want to consider adding a pistol brace instead.
