The Kalashnikov Concern Saiga autoloading shotgun direcly incorporates many features from the famous Kalashnikov AK-47 design, providing excellent reliability and simplicity of operation. Outstanding accuracy is achieved by the smooth bore with Lancaster style elliptical twist. This imparts a slight spin on projectiles, increasing accuracy. The exterior threading on the muzzle allows the barrel to accept chokes.

The chrome lined barrel, chamber and gas system are extremely resistant to corrosion, which makes cleaning easier and extends the life of the shotgun. A lightweight, impact resistant polymer sporter stock and forend are checkered for comfortable control and include 3/4" sling mounts. An oversized trigger guard allows use with gloved hands.
