I bought this knife to us
I bought this knife to use as an all-around camping/hunting knife. It did not disappoint. Very sharp and extremely strong. Everything I have come to expect from a KA-BAR.

Love this blade. I like the way it feels in my hand, and the right balance of weight so I don't get worn out from swinging it everywhere. Only little issue I have is the sheath is so-so. Overall, I am very pleased.

Yeah, this is one of my everyday carry knifes. It's a good sized knife. Noticeable weight difference over the USMC KA-BAR but manageable. Kraton grip has a rubber feel but doesn't hang up on clothes. Blade can have a REAL sharp edge. I used a steak knife sharpener and OUCH! I use the Big Brother for carry as an imtimidation factor if it's a bad day while it's still plenty useful. Sheath works, nothing special. Don't like the loop on it for running my belt through. Sticks the handle out and prints. But I don't think it was designed for concealment anyway. Any other use I can think of would be a backpacking/camping knife. Cutting firewood with a baton should be easy (haven't tried) Overall survival knife. Great buy.

An awesome, powerful blad
An awesome, powerful blade with a good feel and balance. I only wish it had a kydex sheath. To close the slight gap at the cross guard, just hold the knife in the air firmly and give the butt a couple of good whacks with a hammer on either side of the tang coming through the pommel. I do this with all my Ka Bars, it works like a champ. Shaving sharp and a good fighter.
