Does this firearm need to be tax stamped?

AK pistols do not currently require a tax stamp. However if it is reconfigured to become an SBR, a tax stamp would be required.
Can u add a stock to this gun?

While we are not in a postion to offer legal advice in order to add a stock on this type of firearm you would need to seek the approval of the ATF by filing a Form 1 and applying the 200$ tax stamp.
