Hornady is excited to expand on it's line of security products with the new RAPiD Safe line of mobile security. The RAPiD safe will easily fit up to two 5" Semi-auto 1911 pistols. It is made from 14 gauge steel with dual internal lock lugs. The safe can be accessed with the RFID wristband, key fob, RFID sticker, or now the new Key Pad. Up to 5 RFID tags can be programmed along with the conventional barrel key.If you are on the go and you need some additional security in your vehicle there is an included cable which allows the safe to be secured in virtually any location. The RAPiD also meets the TSA requirements for travel as well as the California DOJ requirement for a firearms safety device.
