The ELD Match’s polymer tip is a combination of two futuristic accuracy-boosting features. As a Heat Shield tip, it is immune to the intense friction which awaits it following ignition. That allows the bullet to remain undeformed, thus enabling its Drag Variability Reduction Technology (which takes form as the tip’s flat meplat) to reduce drag to an impressive degree. If your rifle has a 24” barrel and 1.5” high sights, then you can expect just -5.3” drop 100 yards downrange of a 200-yard zero!

The ELD Match doesn’t just owe its flat, predictable trajectory to its tip, of course. Its boat tail, virtually flawless AMP jacket, evenly balanced lead core, and streamlined secant ogive geometry also account for its .485 G1 ballistic coefficient – abnormally high for a .22 caliber projectile!
