I used this 250 gr SP and
I used this 250 gr SP and it sighted in very well. Was able to shoot through same bullet hole, also took an Elk at 300 yards. It dropped it in its tracks. Although it is a little pricey, this is a great round

I've used Hornady and Lap
I've used Hornady and Lapua ammo in my GAP rifle. Have shot at lease ten boxes of Hornady and never had any problems. Have shot a 7/8' group at 900 yards with it. Pigs don't like it though.

I use this ammo in my G.A
I use this ammo in my G.A. Precision rifle. I have also used Lapua ammo. I have gotten some excellent groups with both. At 900 yards, I have gotten a 7/8' two shot group with Hornady. The pig I shot with the Hornady didn't get up to comment about the type of ammo I was using. You're going to get your best price from CTD.

I have only used Laupa br
I have only used Laupa brand ammo and Hornady in my .338 laupa. I don't know what could be done with re-loads. I use a GAP rifle and shot a 7/8 inch group at 900 yards with Hornady and a one inch group at 1,000 with Laupa. Haven't had much time to try Hornady at 1,000, but have at other closer ranges. Since the cost is much better than Laupa I can't go wrong with Hornady.

Bought this ammo hearing
Bought this ammo hearing it was one of the better brands. One round in and had to hammer it out of the chamber. Using the Savage Arms 10/110 BA.
