Will this round fire out of my big boy rifle?

Hello Delmer! Hornady has never chambered the Big Boy for .375 H&H Magnum, to my knowledge. It's my guess that your own Big Boy is chambered for .357 Magnum. The .375 H&H Mag, which is suitable for hunting elephant, is a lot bigger than the .357 Mag. It won't fit in your rifle's chamber. Even if it could fit, ignition would only cause the rifle to explode.
