This cartridge isn’t loaded with just any old soft point. That bullet is the InterLock, which features a raised ring on the interior surface of its jacket that is embedded within its alloyed lead core. This feature promotes higher weight retention – the reason why you can trust the InterLock to stay mostly intact after high-speed impact.

The InterLock’s jacket also features a gradual taper. It’s thinner around its rim that it is at its base, which helps it split open more evenly as it gives way to wide expansion.

This round’s 210 grain bullet gains 2,200 fps muzzle velocity and .201 G1 ballistic coefficient in conjunction with a 16” barrel.
