i had 8 misfire on this order ! all rounds are normally good.

Stout kick and muzzle flash
Functions great in my Springfield arms 1911-A1. Definitely felt the increased kick compared to ball ammunition. Got a big flash with every shot. Pros: Aggressive looking hollow point Cons: Bright flash may be distracting during darkness

Most all of my ammo is manufactured by Hornady. While I would rather have the TAP +P 230 grain. The Custom works just fine. Same ballistics and same reliability. I will purchase more.

Shot out of High-Point .4
Shot out of High-Point .45ACP at 50 yards and was hitting paper. Price is high, but I am confident it will stop a potential attacker with no problem.

I bought two boxes of this ammo, one to shoot to see how it worked for me in my gun. Well it works wonderful. Shot two 5 shot groups from 25ft with both of the guns I carry. Didn't have to adjust my sights for either one from the 230g ball I practice with.Very Happy with this puchase.
