cease fire..
Literally broke in 2 passes and bent. Id consider a better rod this one is cheap but so are the materials.

I bought two sets of rods
I bought two sets of rods to try them both out. I figured Hoppes is good for lots of stuff, so I wanted to try this out. Well...you get what you pay for. It's not BAD, but it could be better. The patch holders are plastic. That means you can expect them to break when it's least convenient. The rods are very lightweight aluminum and almost feel like I could easily bend them, but I'm not going to try. The ball bearing on the handle is nice. When you pull back on the handle, the bearing 'locks' so you can spin the rod if you need to. Otherwise it's a fairly standard sectional cleaning rod. I'm expecting to buy more patch holders sometime soon.
