A built-in timer intermittently surges a spray of water up against the decoy's rotating wings to perfectly simulate a duck stretching its wings. The tops of the wings are photo-printed to deliver a high level of realism, and the float is textured to help it blend in with the surroundings. Like other decoys from the XS lineup, the Splashing-Flasher is powered by an onboard 12V lithium-ion battery which is small to reduce the overall size and weight housed within the decoy body.
