Izhmash's Russian upper and lower handguard set is constructed of high-strength reinforced polymer and offers a modern, weather resistant upgrade over typical AK-pattern wooden components. The lower handguard incorporates a steel heat shield and metal insert by mil-spec standards. This results in decreased heat transfer and maximum user comfort during long shooting sessions. They will fit any stamped receiver rifles, including AKM, AK-74, AK-100 Series, SGL21, SGL31, SLR-104, SLR-106, and SLR-107 rifles.
