Do these laser bore sights fit 22lr, 223, 5.56 and 9mm?

No ma'am, this sight is exclusively designed for the 22-250 Rem chamber. It would do you no good in the chamberings you listed.
30-06, 308, 556, 762x39 will work for these?

No, this is a laser bore sighter designed to fit a .22-250 Remington chamber. Different chambers will use different bore sighters. We have a kit that covers most of the cartridges you are looking for and we have the 7.62x39 available as well. Check out item # 05833 and 08141.
Will this work for 9mm?

No, this is designed for firearms chambered in .22-250 Remington. For 9mm, I recommend item # 7-SM39015.
