Girsan MC 14T, Sleeper awesome .380
I recently purchased this .380 semi auto. In every respect this is truly a terrific handgun. The actions, both single and double, are smooth and even. The accuracy was more surprising to me than expected. Out of the box, from a rest, the gun shot a 20 round group into the center of the target that a 50 cent piece did cover. Free handed the weapon fired equally well. This gun is not expensive, if it was made by S&W, Colt, Ruger, or any "name" maker it would cost three times what I paid. It comes from Turkey but nothing about it says cheap. The finish is deep and beautiful, everything fits tight and solid. In the hand it feels "right". Anyone thinking of buying a double stack .380 semi auto should not hesitate considering and buying this gun. In my experience Girsan does not make shoddy weapons. I have had a .40 cal Witness Compact for 20 years. Made by the same folks, the Compact has been a solid performer since I purchased it. The MC 14T is easy to load and clean. My only complain is Girsan sells these with only one magazine. Otherwise I have no complains about this terrific .380.
