I ordered and received my package within the 3-5 shipping days. When it came in, I realized I received the wrong kit. I only got the springs and no connector. It was understandable, though, because the UPC number was only a two number difference. I called them the next day and explained what happened and I was off the phone in 5 min with the correct order on the way and was told to keep the incorrect spring kit as a gift. I gave this a 5 because I got the correct package and got to keep the incorrect one as a gift. Customer service was amazing and the products work perfectly. BTW, this product will not lower the pull to 3.5 lbs. I tested mine and it sits around 3.7-4.1 (those are the lowest and highest readings I got after about 20 tests). Great product though. There is a huge difference in smoothness and a significant improvement in crispness (no more staple gun trigger).

Best upgrade Ive ever got
Best upgrade Ive ever gotten in a firearm. Installed it within 5 minutes with only a disassembly tool and no probs in my 2nd gen glock 17. makes the trigger much more predictable and shortens the reset substantially. with this 3.5lb set you will def notice a huge difference in performance. one thing i would recommend is that you do not use this in home defense unless properly trained. trigger is very light and is more of a range use and performance enhancing upgrade. Use with care.
