The Mossberg 500 Looped Front Sling Attachment is an easy-to-install, rugged alternative to simply clipping into the standard sling swivel or front sling plate with a quick clip or mash hook. It is ambidextrous, providing versatility for both left- and right-handed users. The Mossberg 500 Front Sling Attachment is machined in-house from tough AS-35 Geneva steel. The corners are rounded and dehorned for the operator's safety. Many competing products are made from insubstantial stamped sheet metal with sharp edges that can cut you or your equipment, including your sling. As with all of our tactical products, this one is designed for the rigors of professional use. It features a non-reflective manganese phosphate matte black finish per mil-spec standards.

Works as advertised and sturdy enough that it won’t bend easily unless you drop it on concrete from above your head. Not difficult to install.Be aware that you will need a C clip removal tool to aid in getting the retaining washer off of the barrel screw. Barrel screw needs to be removed in order to properly install this sling loop.
