The HCL Dual Magazine Carrier works with any of the Galco shoulder systems. It carries the magazines in a horizontal position. Dual screw adjustable tension devices allow a customized fit to your magazines and eliminate the need for retention straps. This very ergonomic design permits a fast withdrawal of magazines. The design is flat and rides comfortably under the arm. This is a component only, not a complete shoulder system.
