I'm 6'1" 240 lbs and it fits great with room to spare
I have 6 mags, my kabar, tool kit, small med kit, and a small backup holster on mine. Works out perfect for me.

What sizes does this fit being a big and tall? I.e 3xl 4xl etc

This is the second (and last) time to send this question without a response. I asked about available sizes in this vest - what size it will fit - I have a 56" chest and waist. If you do not have an answer then tell me.
Answer:
This will probably not fit. These vests typically fit up to about 48-50".
