Will this fit a lcrx with 3inch barrel .22 caliber ?

Yes this should fit.
does this have slots for a belt and can I put it partly in my back pocket with belt holding it in place ?
Answer:
This is a paddle holster, so there is a pass through area where the holster secures to a belt. However, this does not have the belt slots you see in belt attach holsters. I do not recommend putting this partly in your pocket, as this was not designed for pocket carry and may not be conducive with this holster.
