Note from the Manufacturer:
Place the ankle rig and holster on your ankle with the buckle facing forward. Pass the velcro strap around your ankle and through the front buckle, closing it backwards tightly. Make sure to wear socks high enough to allow the velcro strap to mount on the sock to avoid any rubbing issues. Cover the holstered firearm and ankle rig with your pant leg. When un-holstering, pull up the pant leg above the firearm and draw fast and decisively. Discontinue using the holster immediately if you experience any discomfort or are unsure as to the proper way in which the holster should be worn. Prior to using the holster with a loaded firearm, ensure that you have carefully read and understood the operating and safety instructions that apply to the holster series which is a part of the Ankle Rig.

This is my first ankle ho
This is my first ankle holster & it's great. I didn't give it 5 bullets only due to the fact I had nothing to compare it to. You can adjust the tension on this one as well. I put my 380 LCP in there and wear it 14 to 15 hours a day! I forget it's there sometimes. Well worth the price. I wish there was an option to get it so I could leave the crimson trace on the lcp but no dice yet for that.
