This is a metal piece of garbage
The large bolt they show in the picture does not hold the scope in place when firing, even after tightning as much as you could confidently tighten without stripping or breaking Two smaller bolts that stabilize on top and bottom near large bolt strip out when tightning... (Due to low quality steel) No taps Horrible piece of garbage that was thrown in trash due to no response from company.

Went on fine. Had to remove a little wood from the stock. Once you figure out how to adjust you can shoot 1 inch groups out to 100 yards no problem

This scope looks like an orginal and when installed would make your 91 look like a sniper rifle. The problem comes in when you try to use it, it is out of focus and there is not an adjustment for this problem. I wear glasses and that may be the problem because when I look through the bi- focal of my glasses the focus of the scope is better, however one can not hold this position while shooting. In this respect the scope is useless and I will return it.

Actually zero bullet would be most accurate. You need a bent bolt! Reticle is not correct. Leather cover is COMPLETLY unglueing.

Holy S-Balls!!!! What a piece of junk! Just opened the box and got what looked like a Mosin scope for a deal. Got a piece of junk with fat lines and not even factory zero. Not sure how, but I'm going to try and make this abomination work on my rifle. I've tried other scope mounts and nothing has worked because of poor design. Maybe I should build and market something that works. Stay away!!!!!!!!!

How hard would it be to mount on an svt 40
Answer: It requires drilling and tapping of the receiver and removal of some wood from the stock.
Will this work on a m91/30
Answer: Yes. It will require gunsmith installation.
Does it also require a "bent bolt" kit? Ie, does the bolt handle need to be "bent" (cut off and the angle changed)?
Answer: No, it does not.
