3" groups for a new shooter.
I bought 5 boxes of slugs from different manufacturers. Shot with my remmington 870 smooth barrel, using a lead sled I made which that does not restrict recoil.These slugs gave me a 3" group at 50 yards , twice. All other brands shot 5" or more. Then I shot without lead sled and maintained a 3" group, maybe even a little tighter. These are definitely the right ammo" for my gun ". If Jerry Miculek uses them they have to be good. I recommend you look him up on YouTube.
