That’s a reasonably thick pattern in spite of the .410’s natural limitations, and an even denser one thanks to High Over All lead’s high antimony content. The added heavy metal makes the shot pellets especially rigid, which in turn helps them resist spreading out as a result of flattening down in the barrel. It’s not a Podium, but this shell’s wad does an admirable job of tightening its shot’s patten all the same.
