Federal’s frangible bullet is entirely devoid of lead. Ignition doesn’t aerosolize any lead off its core. Impact doesn’t fill the air with lead particles. These aspects of performance are of obvious benefit if you’re shooting indoors and don’t want to steep your lungs in lead.
