Mini 30's cant chew up Ru
Mini 30's cant chew up Russian ammo due to the berdan primers. Boxer primed ammo works well. Nobody wants to hear 'click' when the target is on site. Might be a little pricey to plink with, but functions flawless, unlike wolf and other cheaper ammo.

I have a Ruger M77 in 7.62X39. From the first day, I have used Federal Power Shok ammo and it has performed VERY well! I consistently shoot 1', 3 shot groups at 100 yards. Bullet performance on Texas deer has been 1 shot kills - from (live weight) 100 pound WT doe to 200+ pound Axis bucks to feral hogs of all sizes. Shots on deer have been in the neck, frontal chest shots, quartering behind the shoulder and behind the ear on hogs. Distances have ranged from 25 to 150 yards on hogs and 40 to 135 yards on deer. Good ammo at a good price!
