This round’s 155 grain Terminal Ascent is a hunting bullet of many talents. It exhibits match accuracy courtesy of its boat tail, drag-diminishing AccuChannel groove, and sapphire blue Slipstream tip. It averts fragmentation following close-range impact thanks to its tough copper shank, which is securely bonded to its alloyed lead core. It also initiates terminal expansion at surprisingly low impact velocities – precisely what its Slipstream tip was designed to do.

Federal recorded this round’s G1 ballistic coefficient at .586 (G7 .300). By their measure, striking energy is 2,353 ft lbs at 200 yards, followed by -6.6” drop at 200 (24” test barrel; 1.5” sight height).
