Strong rounds...
Fired these from my Ruger LCR and SP101 with no issues. These have some kick despite being advertised as low recoil. I use these for personal defense. Definitely recommend! Pros: eject with ease Cons: expensive

The Federal Hydra-Shock a
The Federal Hydra-Shock and the American Eagle are similar in accuracy, I like the lower recoil of the Hydra-Shock in a 2' barrel. Both will achieve 4 inch groups at 7 yards. Current gun is carry but looking for 3 inch for better grouping, I would recommend due to safety and power, capacity over auto 9mm or 5 shot wheel guns in .357 or .38sp.

First I have to say, this
First I have to say, this is absolutely a wonderful caliber. Shooting Ruger's new GP100, this was absolutely the finest pistol I have ever shot. The 327 rivals 357 and 45's in specs and shoots like a smooth, precise machine. Once you shoot this, all others will be measured upon this very gun/ caliber. I expect rifles will be made in this caliber in the future. Federal, you did excellent with this one!

my two boxes of this ammo
my two boxes of this ammo in the Ruger sp101 was enlightening. ONe - the gun shoots the reset of the ammo as it it werernt' there. No muss, no fuss, just great smooth shooting. Even the 32 mag was a calm round in this gun. Tne 327 however was a very close beast to the 357. I had some really nice grips on the gun which made the gun a pleasure to shoot with the high quality ammo. Otherwise, it would have been one more beat down with a hammer. The gun can be fired with one hand controlled as long as you've done a bit of pracitce. This is a great round and will keep a place in my pocket or backpack. Wonderful gun to, the sp101. The Federals WERE a bit sticky to come out once fired, but nothing serious.

I bought a new taurus mod
I bought a new taurus model 327 in december 08 and I have to say that I really love this caliber in a small easy to carry revolver. It has a lot more power than the 38 special and with this ammo it has about the same recoil as my 38 S&W air wieght. And at 1400 muzzle velocity and 370 foot pounds, it shoots hard and accurate. A great caliber, one that I have been waiting on.

Drastically better than a
Drastically better than a .38 spl. with more kick to but less powerful than a .357 magnum. Kinda in between. I shot my buddies new Ruger with this ammo and it VERY ACCURATE OUT OF A 2 1/2 INCH BARREL. At 15 yards, I got unsupported one handed a 3 inch grouping, and for that size that gun it is just a get em off me gun. 2 shots anywhere compared to the 1 shot of a .357 magnum will put any 2 legged creature down for the count.
