The Elftmann Tactical AR-10/.308 Drop In Curved trigger is especially designed to meet the needs of the competition shooter using an AR-platform rifle chambered in .308 Winchester or 7.62 NATO. This curved trigger features an adjustable pull from 2.75 to 4 pounds and has a short pull with a crisp break and very short reset, allowing for faster follow-up shots. The trigger is skeletonized, with a full power hammer spring that insures proper ignition of the primer. Installation is drop-in and simple. It fits any standard AR-platform .308/7.62 rifle and is absolutely drop safe regardless of pull weight. The assembly is made of aircraft aluminum and hardened steel and is designed for rugged, trouble free use. A second-to-none AR drop-in trigger system that is strong and light, made of wire EDM machined, hardened A2 tool steel and lightweight aircraft-grade aluminum. Installation can be done in minutes using your AR’s original hammer and trigger pins. The AR-10 trigger may be ordered with a curved or straight shoe. The amazingly short takeup, glass-rod crisp break and next to zero over-travel can be compared to the finest custom 1911 triggers. The advantage of the finger adjustable knob is to adjust the pull weight by increments by turning it with your finger or any flat tool/coin. The spring in the housings and the notch on the adjustment screw does not allow the trigger tension to change its settings without manually setting it and will not allow it to back out.
